Monday-Thursday 5/29-7/19 7:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.
Athletes will be challenged to get bigger, faster, and stronger this summer. This camp will focus on the development of explosive power and overall strength.
Students will focus on lifting techniques and work through the phases of a well-rounded strength program.
They will also work on skills and drills to develop well-rounded players on the field.
Athletes will be held accountable by fellow players and coaches.
ALL high school football athletes are welcome, including incoming freshman!
